High-throughput protein purification with IMCStips on the CyBio FeliX

Figure 2. Protein A purification yielded an average recovery of 89.6% with a purity ratio (A260/A280) of 0.57. Ni-IMAC purification achieved an average recovery of 92.6% with a purity ratio of 0.59. Combined Protein A purification with SizeX buffer exchange resulted in an average recovery of 85% and a purity ratio of 0.62. These results demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of IMCStips for various protein purification workflows.
Binding Kinetics of His-tagged GFP with IMCStips

Figure 3. This figure shows the binding kinetics of His-tagged GFP using IMCStips with Nickel 6 Fast Flow resin at 25 μL (left) and 50 μL (right) resin volumes. The amount of GFP bound (mg) is plotted against binding cycles for different initial concentrations. Higher resin volumes (50 μL) result in greater binding capacity.
