Figure 2. Protein A purification yielded an average recovery of 89.6% with a purity ratio (A260/A280) of 0.57. Ni-IMAC purification achieved an average recovery of 92.6% with a purity ratio of 0.59. Combined Protein A purification with SizeX buffer exchange resulted in an average recovery of 85% and a purity ratio of 0.62. These results demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of IMCStips for various protein purification workflows.

The amount of GFP bound (mg) is plotted against binding cycles for different initial concentrations. Higher resin volumes (50 μL) result in greater binding capacity.
