Comparison of different anion exchange resins in IMCStips to assess binding capacities
This study examines the binding capacities of four anion exchange (AEX) resins in IMCStips using a Hamilton Microlab STAR automated liquid handler. AEX resins are key in purifying biomolecules by binding negatively charged molecules like proteins and nucleic acids. We compare their binding efficiency with bovine serum albumin (BSA) across different pipetting cycles, providing insights into resin selection for optimized purification.
