The OPME method
The One-Pot MultiEnzyme (OPME) approach for chemoenzymatic synthesis. This method increases synthesis efficiency by doing away with intermediate steps. The enzymes required for the biosynthesis of nucleotide donors could be combined with glycosyltransferases in "one pot" without sacrificing purity or yields.

The OPME method involves a chemoenzymatic synthesis approach, eliminating intermediate steps and significantly increasing synthesis efficiency. In this process, enzymes required for the biosynthesis of nucleotide donors can be seamlessly combined with glycosyltransferases in a "one pot" reaction, maintaining high purity and yields.

Leveraging the OPME technology, we are delighted to offer affordable glycosyltransferases, nucleotidyltransferases, activated sugars, and glycan synthesis kits. These products aim to expedite research in the field of glycobiology by overcoming traditional limitations, such as the high cost of reagents and materials, and the reliance on animal sources for certain compounds like gangliosides.
