Binding Kinetics of His-tagged GFP with IMCStips

This figure shows the binding kinetics of His-tagged GFP using IMCStips with Nickel 6 Fast Flow resin at 25 μL (left) and 50 μL (right) resin volumes. The amount of GFP bound (mg) is plotted against binding cycles for different initial concentrations. Higher resin volumes (50 μL) result in greater binding capacity.
